A valid vendor's license is required to apply for a kennel license.
Completed form must be submitted to the Auditor's office.

In addition to the cost of a regular license, dangerous dog owners are required to pay an additional fee of $50. This fee will increase to $100 beginning March 20, 2026 due to House Bill 247.
