Carroll County dog licenses go on sale December 1, 2024 for the 2025 year.
Licenses are on sale through January 31, 2025 for the 2025 year.
After January 31, 2025 late fees will apply.

All individuals who purchase a dog license must be 18 years of age or over.

For all online orders, a processing fee is applied on license purchases at a rate of 2.65% + $0.25 per transaction.
